A Look Inside Portugal’s Digital Divide: Porto & Aveiro District

When we looked into the mobile experience of each city to find indicators of a digital divide, we saw that the Aveiro District had an average of 65% poor and no signal readings while Porto had an average of just 19%.

The distance between these two cities is only 16 Miles (26 Kilometers) but in Aveiro there are >3x more poor and no signals than there are in Porto.
