When we looked into the mobile experience of each city to find indicators of a digital divide, we saw that Richmond Hill had an average of 75% poor and no signal readings while Toronto had an average of just 24%.



The distance between these two cities is only 22 Miles (36 Kilometers) but in Richmond Hill, there are >3X more poor and no signals than there are in Toronto.
