When we looked into the mobile experience of each city to find indicators of a digital divide, we saw that Bell Bowrie had an average of 78% poor and no signal readings while West End Brisbane has an average of just 20%.





The distance between these two cities is only 13 Miles (21 Kilometers) but in Bell Bowrie, QLD there are 3X more poor and no signals than there are in West End, QLD.
